Angie Guillette - Owner/Team Lead

Years ago, Angie Guillette sat with her father, watching the sun go down on a life that looked nothing like the one she has now. He turned to her and asked, Can you believe this is our life? That question never left her. It became the lens she now uses for every client relationship, every listing, and every decision she makes in the business she built with her husband, Jeremy.

Before real estate, Angie spent years in corporate leadership, learning how to build systems, lead teams, and deliver results under pressure. When she and Jeremy decided to build a life on their own terms, they carried that same discipline into real estate, but pointed it toward something more personal, helping people find not just a house, but the next chapter of their life.

Today Angie leads The Guillette Group at eXp Realty, working alongside Jeremy across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the surrounding waterfront and golf course communities of Southwest Florida. She has built her reputation one closing at a time, earning her Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification along the way, and completing her Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. She is a multi-year Platinum BEAR award recipient and ranks in the top 2% of agents, reflecting the trust her clients and community continue to place in her.

Outside the office, she has volunteered with the Estero Community Council of Leaders, co-taught Junior Achievement in local classrooms, and has served as President of the Women's Council of Realtors. Giving back remains a priority for Angie and Jeremy, who currently support Valerie's House, FGCU Athletics, 4Kids Southwest Florida and other local charities through a portion of every closing.

At home, Angie is mom to three sons, Luke, Jacob, and Tyler, who’re now out building their own lives as college students, and the resident treat dispenser for Duncan, the family's labradoodle who is fairly certain he runs the household. These days, real life looks like shoes piled by the door whenever everyone is actually home, family dinners that run long, and game nights whenever the whole crew can be in one place at the same time. That same warmth is what she brings to her clients. She believes luxury isn't a price point. It's the feeling of being truly cared for during one of the biggest decisions of your life, and that belief, paired with the traits she returns to most;  grit, grace, generosity, and purpose,  is the heart of the philosophy her brand is built around: Live Joy.
