I’m Kyla Davis – REALTOR® with The Guillette Group at eXp Realty

I was born and raised right here in Naples, Florida, so Southwest Florida truly is home to me. After earning my degree in Communication & Marketing, I dove right into real estate by working with a new construction builder. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the process and a love for helping people bring their dream homes to life.

Now, at just 25 years old, I feel blessed to be part of The Guillette Team, serving families from Naples all the way up to Fort Myers. I’m passionate about guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and I believe it should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

On a personal note, I just recently got married and live in Naples with my husband and our sweet pup, Nala. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me at the beach, exploring our local communities, or enjoying time with family and friends.
