Let’s be real - one of the biggest reasons you’re considering Florida is to enjoy the weather. And that means your lanai (aka your outdoor living space) is going to be a huge part of your lifestyle.

You want a space that lets you bring the indoors out. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or hosting dinner with friends, your lanai will be your go-to spot most of the year. Here’s what to think about:

Size Matters: Especially with condos, lanais can vary widely. Some are cozy, others feel like full-on outdoor rooms. Think about what furniture you'll want out there and how you plan to use the space.
